Chris went above and beyond throughout my experience from house hunting to purchasing, and even after closing. He made himself available whenever I needed and was extremely thorough even taking videos of properties that I wasn’t able to visit initially myself. He has a vast network of contacts to help with sourcing things such as inspections, renovations and repairs. I can’t imagine having found a better realtor and I’ll honestly be recommending him to everyone I personally know. Chris stepped up to help with so many things using his own time and resources even after closing. Doing a long distance closing is never an easy process! Chris went above and beyond to make this process extremely seamless. Chris walked us through this very stressful and crazy process turned a bad situation into a dream home. Chris helped us find the house, find financing after a nightmare mortgage company. Chris negotiated and got us paid closing cost he helped us so much.
