Chris Phillis - Homewise Group

Chris went above and beyond throughout my experience from house hunting to purchasing, and even after closing. He made himself available whenever I needed and was extremely thorough even taking videos of properties that I wasn’t able to visit initially myself. He has a vast network of contacts to help with sourcing things such as inspections, renovations and repairs. I can’t imagine having found a better realtor and I’ll honestly be recommending him to everyone I personally know. Chris stepped up to help with so many things using his own time and resources even after closing. I’ve worked with many agents in the past and thought most of them did a great job but Chris blew them all out of the water!

Best realtor I’ve ever had. Chris took care of everything in a timely manner, in addition to taking the time to explain everything.

This is my first home, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Chris. Chris was so timely and always filled us in with the necessary information we needed to know throughout the process. Chris is an amazing person to work with, and he made sure to protect our interests.

I do not have enough room in this review box to write how amazing Chris was as our realtor. He went above and beyond for my husband and I to buy a house in this insane market. We were first time home buyers and literally didn't know what the word mortgage meant. Chris's experience as a loan officer was crucial to the buying process. He walked us through every single step of the process and was available literally 24/7 to talk to us. He was accommodating on showing us properties and overall just an amazing human and so kind and positive and listened to exactly what we wanted. His communication and responsiveness is over the moon. He was aggressive when we needed him to be once we decided to put in an offer and his advice and guidance was perfect. The years of experience he has in the real estate market shows. I literally do not have a negative thing to say about working with Chris. I will never work with another real estate agent and everyone should choose Chris. JUST DO IT! We got our dream home thanks to him and he is still helping us even after the purchase.

Great team to work with, answer my questions and concerns helped me every step of the way, and was able to get me in to my home.

Selling my current home was “not my first rodeo”. I thought I’ll just sell by owner and save the realtor fee. After all it’s a crazy market and the area I’m living In doesn’t have enough inventory and the places sell overnight! Boy did I learn my lesson when I met Chris Phillis with Homewise Realty Group! I had no idea how things had changed and how the marketing had progressed over the years. Chris ended up being a Godsend for me and my family. He navigated every move with the most amazing finesse and professionalism I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience with a realtor. I never would have had the smooth transition I had without him. It was not only a profitable experience but an enjoyable and extremely impressive one as well. I don’t believe all realtors have this talent but Chris Phillis couldn’t be more highly recommended in my opinion! He’s pleasant, professional and tells it like it is. Thank you Chris for making such a big decision so incredibly easy to deal with!
